Why it matters

Counties received $48.5 billion in federal pandemic relief. More than half was reported only as "revenue replacement," so the public can't trace it to what it bought. We ask Congress to require that federal money sent to local governments be reported project by project — what it paid for, who was paid, and what it delivered.

What’s happened

Raised by residents — not yet carried to the county.

This is a petition to your elected officials — like the clipboard at the courthouse door. It does not put anything on the ballot; that takes the state’s official petition process. Signatures are counted, not verified — one per browser; the delivered copy removes duplicates. Like everything here, petitions can’t campaign for candidates or ballot measures, or name county staff.
